Global HVACR Women Week is different.
Each year, the week will move to recognise one of the many remarkable women who helped shape our profession.
By linking the week to a meaningful date in her life or achievements, we hope to shine a light on remarkable women whose stories deserve to be better known.
25–31 October 2026
This year’s dates have been chosen to celebrate Margaret Ingels, one of the pioneers of modern HVAC engineering and the first woman to graduate in Air Conditioning Engineering.
Her achievements helped open doors for future generations and continue to inspire our profession today.
Looking Ahead
Next year, Global HVACR Women Week will move to new dates to honour another remarkable woman whose work has helped shape refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, ventilation or heat pumps.
